Established in 2011, the Germantown Legends Soccer Program is the exclusive soccer provider to the City of Germantown.
The Germantown Legends Soccer Club differentiates itself by truly focusing on the development of the individual players. We aim to provide the most up to date training methods and philosophies to ensure our players are most comfortable on the ball.
Our mission is to cultivate not only skilled athletes but also well-rounded individuals. Through a development first approach, we aim to inspire a lifelong passion for soccer while instilling values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance.
We will be organizing a season packed with training sessions and camps for all.
The Germantown Legends are always looking for dedicated athletes to add to our roster of talented players. If a player has moved into the area during the season, or missed any of our tryout sessions, please contact us:

Join us, and be part of history,
as we continue to build a great soccer club in Germantown.
Germantown Legends Soccer players get access to professional licensed coaches, year-round field access and training on the best fields in the area. Players receive two practices per week, plus additional programs offered exclusively to our competitive players throughout the season.
The Germantown Legends believe success comes only as a result of proper training and commitment from the player, parent, coach and organization.
All players will be encouraged to compete at their highest level possible. Players will be challenged to play the game of soccer the proper way, regardless of the (win-loss) outcome.
As team try-outs are generally conducted only once a year (during late May and June), players accepted into the Germantown Legends ‘competitive’ Soccer program are expected to remain in the program through the full soccer year.
The competitive soccer year begins around August 1 of each year and runs through late May (or early June). The soccer year has three seasons – Fall, Winter and Spring.
Team training for the Fall season usually begins during the last weeks of July and runs through the first weeks of December.
In the Winter season (January through March) teams generally practice and play futsal (indoor soccer), with many teams making winter season participation voluntary.
The Spring season begins in early March and runs through late May or early June, with following year try-outs held at the end of the season.
We know that players learn differently and that everyone is at different skill levels. The Germantown Legends Soccer program is geared to get the most out of our players, and let them excel and become the best they can be.
We realize that through helping your children learn to play soccer, they will also have the opportunity to instill life lessons on teamwork, sportsmanship and character.
